2. Employee Onboarding and Orientation

Ensuring proper documentation and compliance Familiarizing employees with company culture and policies Training and Development Identifying training needs
3. Performance ManagementDesigning performance appraisal systems

Facilitating regular performance reviews Supporting managers in setting performance goals Managing performance improvement plans
4. Employee RelationsHandling employee grievances and concerns

Promoting a positive work culture Managing conflict resolution and disciplinary actions Ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies
5. Compensation and Benefits

Structuring competitive salary packages Administering employee benefits Managing payroll processing and compliance
6. Policy Development and Compliance
