Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection.
Source candidates through multiple channels including
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and employee referrals
.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct
initial HR screening
to assess candidates' suitability for open positions.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
Ensure an exceptional
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Handle offer negotiations and support the onboarding process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
Hands-on experience with
job portals
(LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and social media recruiting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a
fast-paced environment
