We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for our organization. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring the right talent aligned with business requirements. The recruiter will also build strong talent pipelines, enhance employer branding, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, Field hiring, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Manage candidate communication, feedback, and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Maintain recruitment MIS and update hiring dashboards regularly.
Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-outs.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs/campus drives.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws.

Familiarity with ATS, HR databases, and job portals.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree.
3-4 years of experience in recruitment (retail/e-commerce/FMCG preferred).
Experience in both bulk and niche hiring will be an added advantage.
