About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

organic hiring methods

--building networks, leveraging social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing--without relying heavily on job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the full recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding. Drive

organic hiring

strategies including social media hiring, networking, referrals, and headhunting. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and bulk hiring needs. Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates. Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures of open positions. Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience at every stage.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment with a focus on organic hiring methods. Strong sourcing and headhunting skills across platforms like LinkedIn, social media, networking forums, and professional groups. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask and deliver results within deadlines. Strong understanding of current hiring trends and market insights.
