Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for Sales Executives, Telemarketing Executives, and related roles.
Source candidates through multiple channels - job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and databases.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds with concerned managers.
Coordinate and follow up with candidates through the selection process till joining.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and MIS reports.
Ensure joining formalities and smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in recruiting for sales and telemarketing roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
Strong networking and sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HR policies and onboarding process.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales/telemarketing domain.
Languages - English, Hindi & Kannada

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
