Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Preffered MBA / HR

Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Handle hiring across

IT (developers, engineers, project managers, etc.)

and

Non-IT (sales, operations, HR, finance, manufacturing, etc.)

functions. Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and non-technical job requirements. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, headhunting, and referrals. Build a strong talent pipeline for multiple domains. Conduct assessments and interviews to evaluate technical and functional fit. Ensure smooth coordination and a positive candidate experience. Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and dashboards.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (both IT & Non-IT). Strong knowledge of technical roles as well as corporate/operations positions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Preferred Experience:



Experience in hiring for startups, product companies, or large-scale organizations. Exposure to niche and leadership hiring.
