Conduct initial telephonic/video screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability.
Conduct telephonic, video, or in-person interviews for initial screening.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate salary, benefits, and joining dates when required.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
Prepare recruitment status reports and share updates with management.
