Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through online platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Schedule and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage job postings and update ATS records
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Assist with offer roll-out and onboarding formalities
Ensure a smooth and professional hiring process
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
1-5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines
Familiar with ATS and job portals
