We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the recruitment process, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for finding and hiring top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
Source and screen candidates using databases, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
Assist in negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
