Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical roles.
Post job openings on internal and external job boards, professional networks, and social media.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone screens, interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews.
Maintain candidate pipelines for high-turnover or hard-to-fill roles.
Assist with onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
1+ years of recruitment experience; healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting for hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities.
Knowledge of labor laws and healthcare regulations.
