Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Recruiter

with 2 years of experience to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various departments, especially in manufacturing, engineering, and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Source and attract candidates through various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, job fairs, referrals, etc.). Screen resumes and job applications to match job criteria. Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods. Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams. Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Assist in employer branding initiatives and employee onboarding processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or consultancy). Experience hiring for technical/manufacturing/industrial roles is preferred. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS, job boards, Naukri,Apna etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
