Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive
HR Recruiter
to join our team in Bangalore. This role demands someone with a passion for talent acquisition, particularly in outreach recruitment involving colleges, NGOs, and community leaders like sarpanches. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with fieldwork and must have strong familiarity with local languages and cultures.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
Conduct field visits to colleges, universities, NGOs, and rural communities to build recruitment pipelines.
Collaborate with local institutions and stakeholders (e.g., sarpanches, college placement officers) to identify and attract talent.
Organize and participate in job fairs, campus hiring events, and community-based recruitment drives.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and provide weekly hiring reports to management.
Support HR operations and employer branding initiatives when required.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of relevant HR recruitment experience, preferably in a high-growth or healthcare environment.
Proven experience in field recruitment or outreach hiring is highly desirable.
Fluency in Kannada is a must. Familiarity with other local languages (e.g., Telugu, Tamil, Hindi) is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly within Karnataka and neighboring regions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and culturally sensitive.
