Screening & Shortlisting:
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate suitability.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Selection & Offer Management:
Assist in final selection, prepare offer letters, and negotiate salary packages.
Onboarding:
Support smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring all documentation and joining formalities are complete.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking systems.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing strategies.
Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
0-1 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency with MS Office and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
