Full-time, in-house recruitment
Responsible for hiring across IT & Non-IT teams
Work closely with department heads on manpower planning
Source and screen candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and panels
Handle offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding
Maintain hiring trackers and daily/weekly reports
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Must Have
1+ years of experience in internal hiring (corporate preferred)
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask and close positions within defined timelines
Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
