Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Draft offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
Payroll Administration:
Collect, verify, and process employee attendance and leave records.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
Handle salary revisions, bonuses, reimbursements, and final settlements.
Maintain payroll records and generate reports as needed.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.).
