Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding.
Source and attract candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.
Coordinate and manage recruitment consultants to ensure efficient and timely closures.
Conduct resume screening and telephonic pre-assessment interviews to evaluate candidate fitment.
Schedule and follow up on interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Maintain an updated candidate database and track hiring progress through internal systems.
Coordinate the offer negotiation process and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards for internal tracking and review.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA in HR preferred.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience.
Proven experience working with recruitment agencies and job portals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in recruiting for the
logistics industry
is an added advantage.
