We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Recruiter to join our team, specializing in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to fill critical roles within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare sector.
2. Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit for roles.
4. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
5. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
7. Maintain accurate and timely records of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
8. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.
Requirements:
1. Freshers to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in the healthcare sector.
2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent management.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
