Key Responsibilities
Source and screen qualified candidates (BSc/GNM Nurses, Technicians, etc.) through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
Manage documentation for visa, dataflow, and Prometric processes
Maintain candidate database and regularly update application statuses
Collaborate with clients and handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare projects
Ensure timely onboarding and deployment of selected candidates
Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Any discipline; HR/Management preferred)
Minimum 6-2 years of experience in healthcare or Gulf hiring
Strong understanding of overseas recruitment processes
Familiarity with medical licensing procedures like
Prometric, Dataflow, MOH/HAAD/DHA
is a plus
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple openings and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of recruitment tools like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
What We Offer
