Job Summary:

Core4 Engineers LTD is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using online job portals and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and screen candidates through various online job portals and networks

2. Schedule and conduct initial rounds of interviews

3. Coordinate with internal departments for hiring needs

4. Manage candidate databases and maintain records

5. Support onboarding and induction processes

6. Assist with basic HR operations and documentation

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment

2. Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.)

3. Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

5. Good organizational and multitasking abilities
