Attracting candidates through various channels like hiring portal's, social media, and professional networks.
Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
Completing the background verification of candidates
Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
Managing the sourcing portals
Onboarding the new employees.
Providing induction training and policy trainings to the employees whenever needed.
Revising and maintaining the employee JDs.
Taking care of employee engagement activities like celebrating birthdays, event's, work anniversaries etc.
Maintaining & updating Employee database.
Preparation of HR documents like HR letters, Forms, etc.
Assisting the HR Head in any other HR activities.
Maintaining up to date Recruitment tracker and interview tracker
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
