Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for bulk hiring positions.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
Coordinate with smooth and effective onboarding of the candidates.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment policies and procedures.
Coordinate with placement drives in Institutions.
