Key Responsibilities:

3 to 4 years experience required. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, internal portals) Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person) and evaluate applicants Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports

Strong sourcing and screening skills using various channels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
