Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and skills. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for the position. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Assist in conducting background checks and verifying references. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent. Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in a career in HR and recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Salary: 14,000 - 15,000 INR (depending on qualifications and experience)
