Roles and responsibilities:



Clinical Recruitment & other recruitment as per requirement. Make and implement recruitment strategy for recruitment of nurses and health care professionals Identify and explore various channels for recruitment, tie up with institutions, colleges, consultants etc Conduct Campus Interviews, Job fair etc. Smart use of - online portals, social media, employment exchange, walk in, etc. Conduct on campus training program through Learning centre. Documentation Fix salary, issue of offer letters, on boarding, medical check, registration, etc Meet recruitment target and timeline. Requires travelling within and surrounding state.

Requirements:



MBA/BBA in HR (Males preferred) Must be skilled in talent acquisition, communication and should also have excel knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
