Qualifications & Requirements
MBA in HR or related field
1-4 years of recruitment experience (construction/engineering industry preferred).
Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Required Technical Skill
Must have good knowledge of MS Office
Must have knowledge of job portals and social media for sourcing the candidates
Good to have understanding of construction business
