in HR recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess good work ethics, a professional attitude, and a keen interest in building a career in talent acquisition and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates as per client requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various job portals.
Support end-to-end recruitment processes and maintain proper documentation.
Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:
0-1 Year in HR Recruitment (freshers with internship experience can apply).
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Skills:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi), MS Excel, and a positive attitude.
Attributes:
Professional, disciplined, and team-oriented.
Compensation:
Salary:
?14,000 - ?15,000 per month
Incentives:
?5,000 - ?10,000 based on performance
