Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and non-BPO roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely hiring as per the recruitment targets.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in recruitment (BPO hiring preferred).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Target-oriented
with a proactive and positive approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience with volume hiring is an advantage.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
