Company Description ReeRoute is a digital truck aggregator platform that provides Full Truck Load vehicles to 3PL logistics partners and transport companies across Pan India. Our mission is to make inter-city logistics fast, reliable and efficient through the use of technology and innovation. Role Description We are seeking a talented HR Recruiter to join our team in Jaipur. As an on-site full-time HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to fill our internal positions. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment or a related field Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field of study Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR-related software Experience in the field of logistics or transportation is a plus, but not required Dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
