We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our team at B9 Solutions, responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle--from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. The Recruiter will play a key role in building a strong and talented workforce, ensuring the organization's continued growth and success through effective and strategic hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for IT positions, including Web Development, Web Designing, and Digital Marketing roles.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and ensure timely closure of all assigned positions.
Assess candidates' technical skills and experience to ensure alignment with job requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate pipelines, and regular follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals to attract top talent.
Communicate effectively and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders; strong communication skills are essential for this role.
