with hands-on experience in

IT and Non-IT hiring

. The role involves complete

end-to-end recruitment

and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) IT hiring focus: Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, DBA, etc. Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals Screen candidates and coordinate interviews Meet monthly hiring targets
Requirements

2+ years of recruitment experience Strong communication & negotiation skills Good command over

IT hiring

(Non-IT is a plus) Target-oriented and fast-paced working ability
