We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in HR or a completed HR internship. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting recruitment efforts and HR operations, including both IT and non-IT hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Handle both IT and non-IT recruitment requirements effectively
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (including ERP systems)
Support HR functions such as employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance tracking
Ensure adherence to HR policies, practices, and legal regulations
Maintain strict confidentiality of all HR-related information
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience or internship
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
