Job Responsibilities:

? Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions

? Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases

? Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with clients and hiring managers

? Manage client requirements and ensure timely closure of positions

? Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS

? Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients

? Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

Requirements:

? Minimum 1+ year of experience in recruitment

? Mandatory experience in an HR consultancy / staffing firm

? Hands-on experience hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles

? Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills

? Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

? Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

? Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

? Understanding of different hiring models and recruitment metrics

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
