Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (Junior to Mid-level positions)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams
Understand IT roles such as Developers, Designers, QA, BDE (IT Sales), etc.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and offers
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Support onboarding and documentation process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, MBA, or related field
Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to work under deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Experience in IT recruitment or consultancy
Knowledge of ATS and hiring metrics
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
