College Tie-ups & Coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with
colleges, universities, and placement officers

Conduct
seminars, webinars, and placement drives
at partner colleges.
Collaborate with college TPOs to promote training programs and internship opportunities.
Plan and execute
campus hiring activities
and partnership events.
Represent the institute in
college fairs and placement events
Source, screen, and onboard students for various IT training programs (Java, Python, Web, etc.)..
Coordinate with internal trainers and departments for batch scheduling and student allocation.
Maintain candidate databases and follow up on attendance and performance.
Post job openings across job portals, social media, and internal networks.
Screen resumes
, schedule and conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams.
Maintain applicant databases and daily recruitment trackers.
Manage the
onboarding process
for selected candidates and interns.
Support HR operations such as attendance, documentation, and internship letters.
Assist in planning and executing
walk-in drives
, campus hiring, and promotional events.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree (BBA / MBA in HR / or any relevant field).
