Key Responsibilities:
? Manage
end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes,
ensuring a positive candidate experience.
? Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, and referrals.
? Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and coordinate with hiring teams for final selections.
? Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, experience/relieving letters, and other HR documentation.
? Lead employee induction and onboarding programmes to ensure smooth integration.
? Oversee
KRA/KPI setting,
conduct periodic performance reviews, and support career growth initiatives.
? Drive continuous employee learning, upskilling, and development initiatives.
? Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition programmes to promote a positive work culture.
? Address employee queries and concerns, ensuring fair and transparent communication.
? Maintain accurate employee data and HR records, and ensure compliance with
