Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition team. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, gain hands-on experience in hiring processes, and develop practical knowledge of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/HRMS and Excel trackers. Support onboarding documentation and employee verification processes. Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer status. Assist in preparing recruitment reports and MIS as required. Support HR team in employer branding and job posting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or a related field. Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). Basic knowledge of HRMS/ATS tools. Internship or academic exposure to recruitment is an added advantage.
