About the Role
Helpmate Solution is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to support recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Post job openings on different job portals and social media platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and update daily reports.
Coordinate with candidates through calls, messages, and emails.
Support onboarding activities and documentation.
Help in HR operations like attendance, employee coordination, and follow-ups.
Maintain professionalism while interacting with candidates and clients.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Comfortable with calling and coordination tasks.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets).
Self-disciplined and responsible attitude.
Eligibility
12th Pass / Graduate / Pursuing Graduation.
