Role Overview

We are hiring a Recruiting Intern to support the Human Resources team in end-to-end recruitment. This internship offers valuable exposure to HR operations, hiring workflows, and talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in posting jobs on job portals and social media.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.

Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.

Follow up with candidates for documentation and onboarding.

Support in recruitment for internal and client projects.

Help maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA (HR) students or recent graduates preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc., is a plus.
