What You'll Do:
As a Recruiter Intern at Talzin, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in talent acquisition and HR processes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Assisting in sourcing and screening potential candidates
Posting job openings on various platforms
Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining and updating candidate databases
Supporting employer branding and outreach initiatives
Learning and using tools related to recruitment and applicant tracking
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent management
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
