About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented

HR Recruiter Interns

to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in

end-to-end recruitment processes, talent sourcing, and HR operations

. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to support talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

sourcing candidates

through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct

initial telephonic interviews

to shortlist candidates. Coordinate and schedule

interviews between candidates and hiring managers

. Maintain and update the

applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment databases

. Support in drafting

job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment campaigns

. Participate in

campus hiring drives, career fairs, and internship programs

. Assist in

on boarding processes

including documentation and induction sessions. Provide regular

status reports and recruitment metrics

to the HR team.

Qualifications & Skills

Currently pursuing a

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

. Strong interest in

talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR practices

. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

; exposure to

ATS or HR software

is a plus. Good organizational and time-management skills. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to maintain professionalism.
