Roles & Responsibilities:

As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will play a vital role in our recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include:

Understanding the active employee requirements. Sourcing profiles from various databases such as job portals, headhunting, and referrals. Screening candidates using various HR tools. Shortlisting candidates who match the job requirements. Submitting shortlisted profiles for client review and approval. Interacting with candidates to schedule interviews. Following up with candidates until their date of joining. Generating references from selected candidates.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities and qualifications Confidence in handling responsibilities. Full-time availability for a duration of 3 months. Familiarity with different hiring methods and modes. Only candidates from Ernakulam district will be considered for these position.
