Position Overview

We are looking for a

proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern

to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in

end-to-end recruitment, sourcing strategies

. Exceptional performance may lead to a

full-time role

with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support the recruitment life cycle including

sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

. Use job portals, social media, and professional networks for

talent acquisition

. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and assist with

recruitment reports

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Human Resource Management

(or related field). Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

. Good

organizational and time management

abilities. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

. Interest in

recruitment, HR operations, and talent strategy
