We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Executive
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles across the organisation. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, managing recruitment processes, and contributing to organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Follow up with candidates on interview feedback and selection status
Support HR team in executing hiring strategies and meeting recruitment timelines
Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, or hiring drives when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (
Freshers are welcome
)
Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools/processes
