: HR Recruiter Intern

We are seeking a proactive

HR Recruiter Intern

who will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities and support HR operations. The role includes measurable performance targets (KPIs) to ensure structured learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate coordination Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities Support employer branding initiatives and job postings Handle day-to-day HR coordination tasks as assigned

Resume Sourcing:

Minimum

80-100 relevant profiles

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / pursuing graduation or post-graduation (HR preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle (training provided) Good coordination and follow-up skills Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word Eagerness to learn and adapt
