Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter Trainee located in Noida. The HR Recruiter Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, updating job descriptions, and participating in onboarding activities. The trainee will work closely with the HR team to learn and develop recruitment strategies and best practices.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques Proficiency in using recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to work effectively within a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous internship or experience in human resources is an advantage
