Key Responsibilities:
1. Source potential candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and internal databases
2. Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist relevant profiles
3. Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate skills, experience, interest, notice period, and salary expectations
4. Share shortlisted candidates with hiring managers or senior recruiters for the next steps
5. Maintain and update candidate records in internal trackers or ATS
6. Handle job postings and manage recruitment databases effectively
