Source and screen candidates from LinkedIn, job portals, referrals
Post job ads and write clear, attractive job descriptions
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate updates to candidates
Manage and update candidate data and recruitment trackers (ATS)
Support background/reference checks and onboarding documentation
Assist with employer branding, campus outreach, and HR initiatives
Who Can Apply
Fresher or up to 6 months recruitment experience
Pursuing or graduate in HR, BBA, Psychology, or related field
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn/ATS tools preferred
Eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
