We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying talent and building relationships with potential candidates.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends.
Conduct background checks and reference checks as required.
Assist in the development of job descriptions and postings.
Maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports to track progress and effectiveness.
Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
