As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and supporting onboarding activities. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and build a career in talent acquisition and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support HR team in onboarding and induction activities.
Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and company platforms.
Participate in campus hiring drives and recruitment events, if required.
Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR functions (training will be provided).
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or MBA (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related fields).
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR internship/experience are welcome.
