Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven

Recruiter

to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle--sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to support our company's rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams. Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring roles. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Assist with onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and key hiring metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a recruiter or HR professional (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level). Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
